In this session, I teach you a more in-depth and personal approach to what I teach in my classes. I share my tools and techniques to help you develop a connection with yourself, lighting up the path to align you with your hearts desire but also so you can help others too. It will include a write - up focused specifically on our session, with a mindfulness approach, so we can connect you directly to the place that you feel may hold disconnection. Our session/s will allow you to deepen your relationships with those around you, keeping you heart centred in your truth. Covering an in depth definition on all the modalities I have learnt along my own journey in order for you to deepen your connection with the self.
