Self-Development Check-In — £35/week Think of this as the thread that keeps everything wrapped up together. Each day you’ll receive a short check-in — a reminder, reflection, or nudge — so the clarity we build in session doesn’t get lost in the noise of daily life. It’s light enough to fit into your day, but consistent enough to keep you moving forward. Short emails (5 per week) — designed to be quick, actionable, and supportive without taking over your inbox
Cancellation Policy
I completely understand that life happens 🌱 — all I ask is that you respect my time as I respect yours. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 48 hours’ notice → no fee. Cancellations made with 24 hours notice will be charged at 50% of the session fee. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed sessions without notice, will be charged in full. This ensures I can offer your slot to someone else who may be waiting, and it helps keep our work consistent and respectful for both of us.
